Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is a high-strength engineered timber product that is frequently utilized in construction. Lvl’s are ideal for lintels, providing structural integrity over large spans and eliminate bending and cracking ideal for quiet floors. Due to the dimensional stability of the timber, inspection times are frequently decreased as well.
Termite treated for years of protection.
Available in long lengths up to 12 metres.

Sourced from managed plantation forests- FSC Certified and are a renewable resource.

LVL is suitable for most structural applications in Residential, Commercial and Rural buildings (following design verification).
Our LVL range consists of 90mm, 130mm, 150mm, 170mm, 200mm, 240mm, 300mm, 360mm deep timber. Stocked up to 12 metres in length
Types of treatment options
- H2s – For use internally throughout Australia, South of the tropic of Capricorn
- H2 – For use internally throughout Australia, specifically treated for use North of the tropic of Capricorn
- H3 – External use applications, above ground only
- H4 – External use applications, in and above ground
Qualities
Laminated veneer lumber resembles plywood in appearance, however, the veneers in plywood switch directions when stacking, whereas the veneers in LVL all stack in the same manner.
